Las Vegas Brewing Company es una cervecería artesanal y taproom de propiedad familiar con raíces que se remontan a cuatro generaciones al comienzo del siglo XX. Opera dos ubicaciones: un NW Brewery en N. Tenaya Way y una taproom en el Downtown Arts District. La cervecería es propiedad y está dirigida por una cuarta generación de nativos de Las Vegas y su esposo, y cuenta con un equipo de elaboración femenino que ofrece una selección rotativa de cervezas artesanales — desde ligeros lagers hasta ales cremosas e irlandeses rojas — junto con un completo menú estilo pub que incluye hamburguesas smash, flatbreads, alas y más.
