What We Provide

Sin City Spotlight is a Las Vegas event discovery and experience platform. We aggregate event information, enrich it with venue and parking context, and help users plan around events.

We are not a ticketing service. We do not process payments, issue tickets, or handle refunds.

Age & Adult-Oriented Content

Sin City Spotlight covers Las Vegas entertainment broadly, including venues and events that are restricted to guests 21 and older (for example, casinos, nightclubs, and some adult shows). The site itself is not an age-restricted service, but access to those venues and events is controlled by the venue or event operator, not by us. You are responsible for meeting any age, ID, dress code, or conduct requirements imposed by the venue.

Accounts

You can use most of the site without an account. Some features — bookmarks, venue follows, alerts, and personalization — require you to sign in. By creating an account you agree that:

• The information you provide (email address, preferences) is accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including keeping your email inbox and sign-in provider (Google or magic-link email) secure.
• Accounts are for personal use. Do not share your account or use it on behalf of another person without authorization.
• You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

Communications

By creating an account you consent to receive transactional email from us at the address you provided: sign-in magic-link codes, important account notices, and replies to your inquiries. Optional email — such as weekly digests or alerts for venues you follow — is opt-in and can be turned off from your profile page or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

If you opt in to web push notifications, your browser gives us a subscription endpoint we use to deliver alerts. You can revoke push notifications at any time from your profile page or from your browser settings.

Accuracy

• Event details can change without notice.
• Parking rates, access rules, and availability can change at the property level.
• Walk times and nearby recommendations are practical guidance, not guarantees.

Use the site as a strong planning tool, but verify critical details with official sources when it matters.

Ticket Links and Affiliate Relationships

Some outbound ticket links may be affiliate links. That does not change the price paid by the user.

User Conduct

• No unauthorized scraping, crawling, or automated extraction.
• No attempts to disrupt the site or interfere with operations.
• No reproduction or republication of original site content without permission.
• No unlawful use of the site.

Intellectual Property

Original Sin City Spotlight content, design, and editorial material are owned by Sin City Spotlight or used with appropriate rights. Third-party event data remains subject to the source provider’s own rights and terms.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sin City Spotlight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Third-Party Links

Outbound links are governed by the third party’s own terms and policies. Visiting them is at the user’s own risk.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means the revised terms are accepted.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, with disputes resolved in Clark County, Nevada.
